From Skinny to Ripped: Getting Ripped Through Persistence

Being skinny is not bad, but if you don’t like your body and you want to have bigger, leaner and stronger muscles, then you must prepare yourself for training that will help you gain weight and build big muscle. I know many skinny people out there would love to see their bodies transformed to look more solid and toned. Having a lean and ripped body would certainly be an inspiration for people that knew you as the skinny guy. A transformation from being skinny to fit is certainly doable if you are willing to commit yourself to a getting ripped program. Knowing how to gain more weight and build muscle mass would certainly take a lot of time and effort. But you can do it, just repeat it to yourself.

The first step in gaining weight is to use free weights. By using free weights, you could lift any weight you choose but you should be careful handling them. Did you know that the more stress you put into a muscle, the bigger they become? So, lift weights that will put pressure on your muscle. In addition, training your legs is certainly important when lifting heavy weights. Squats are definitely the answer to the mass building problem when training your legs. It is an exercise that works all-through-out your body. It is an example of a full body workout which is perfect for those who want to have a ripped body. Having a ripped body includes eating healthy. There is a saying that: eat like a horse, sleep like a baby, and grow like a weed. This means to be able to be successful on the getting fit journey eating healthy while at the same time getting rest is important. One thing a person should have when it comes to getting fit is persistence. Giving up will guarantee only one thing, that is right failure. Just like trying to be stronger and tracking ones progress, persistence is a special ingredient for building muscles.
